Philosophy for the «Everyman» Goes Global: Rafael Echeverría Launches English Edition of «My Nietzsche»
SANTIAGO, CHILE – What began in 2009 as a mission to bring the weight of German thought to the «guy at the corner newsstand» is now breaking language barriers. This coming Wednesday, April 22, 2026, renowned sociologist and Doctor of Philosophy Rafael Echeverría will officially present the English translation of his seminal work: My Nietzsche: The Philosophy of Becoming and Entrepreneurship.
The launch, which will take place virtually at 5:00 PM (Chile Time), marks a milestone for JC Sáez Publishing and the global Ontological Coaching community, making an interpretation aimed at healing the «profound crisis» affecting contemporary human beings available to an English-speaking audience.
A Book for Everyone, Not Just Philosophers
True to his provocative yet accessible style, Echeverría begins this literary journey with a declaration of principles: he writes for the common man and woman.
«I think I write as an ordinary human being for the men and women on the street… I hope my books can be understood by anyone who knows how to read. I care that it be so; it is a choice that is not indifferent to me,» the author states in the prologue.
Although the title evokes the figure of Friedrich Nietzsche, Echeverría clarifies that this is not a traditional biographical treatise or academic exegesis. Instead, it is a navigation tool for the future. For the author, Nietzsche is the protagonist only because no one has illuminated the path to overcoming the crisis of modernity with such depth and clarity.
